That question can only really be answered by yourself as
Pre.....The char will remain there for quite some time to get there... as you have death leveling ect to reach 20 As far as Legendary Survivor goes I have a few and may add not through boxing....re Lagg situations ect/did not have eotn also on some I always found doing legendary by other means was quite fun... Yes you can be survivor rank1..under 2 hours if you have all campaigns I always found to get to 2 was also relatively easy also, If you think you do not wish to take chances plenty of places in HM to farm quite safely also in eotn when going for rank3 So really work it out...if thats what you want then go for it...your the guy who is putting time into them ..not anyone else |

Sure, Why not? I've got a LS and am (Sorta) working on an LDOA, don't know if I'll get there, because I don't really care.

I don't think its worth it. Not fun at all (which is what you SHOULD be playing a video game for).

Actually, it is possible to have both titles on one character.
However, doing so requires a very, very, very patient friend to do the actual dying portion of death-leveling in Pre, while you kill the mobs that said friend death-leveled. I don't know about you, but I'm not that patient, and I definitely don't expect any of my friends and guildies to be either. |

even if you have a friend to do the dying portion how do propose to res him so he can keep dying. there is no hard res in pre and in order for the res shrine to work both of you have to be dead. |

Noooo.... As long as you're in the party and still alive, your friend will not rez. Meaning that he/she can't death level for you. |

The only res in presearing is res sig. Your friend won't be able to die more than twice without you having to die as well in order to res him, and the mobs will never level up just by killing a player twice. Getting survivor and LDoA is impossible now; the only way it was ever possible is when players bugged tomes into presearing, because they could use that to unlock a hard monk res.

My bad
I didn't even think about the rez situation, because, honestly, I never even considered trying the whole LDoA/Survivor idea. I had seen somewhere the idea of having a friend die for you, but I guess the person that came up with that was as ignorant as me XD |

I actualy enjoyed doing the LDOA . I also had a second account I could use. The time on the game isn't the issue. Simply gather groups and take off your armor and go to bed/work/school. come back and kill all the leveled Charr. Gathering a group to death level doesn't take long but the dleveling takes forever ( 700ish hours total game time ). It takes anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour depending on what you do for each pull. I used to clear the Northlands every time for the runes/insignias, Charr bags and Charr salvage kits and goodies. Just recently tried the clearing with the Imp..very easy! Bad thing is the imp and a pet not set to Avoid are major nonos in dleveling You will definetly get good at pulling mobs and prolly a little surprised at what can be done with a very limited skill set. http://www.presearing.com/ <--good info on Dleveling and exp. |

lol, if ur bored and have done all other title and feel like making a new character by deleting an old one or buying new slots, then why not. nothing better to do. legendary survivor isn't that bad. at least not in relevance to LDoA. if u plan on LDoA, u better be dedicated, or else it will never be finished.

Wasn't there some Guild Hall glitch thing some time ago where pre chars could go to their guild halls (with full NPC's)? In that case, it would be possible that someone out there got a character with a core hard rez, which could then be used to have a friend death-level something for you. It'd be incredibly boring though, and the chance of you actually finding someone is pretty much 0.
